  I'm having a hell of time finding a contractor for our home remodel. So far my search has brought me to people that are too cheap or too expensive. And the one guy that is in my budget, I just feel like we are going to be arguing about everything (he contradicts everything I say) And he's going to take double the time that everyone else, which is probably realistic. Does anyone have recommendations for contractors that are reasonable, quality work, and that doesn't mind if I purchase my own floors, some materials (not all) and finishes?
