  Any suggestions on how to get testing done with no insurance? My youngest is allergic to all meat (except for fish), eggs, soy (including oil and lecithin), nuts, melons, papaya, mango, onions, wheat... that we know of. He still reacts to some foods unexpectedly but we really can't afford additional testing.

  Are you referring to skin testing or blood testing? Some labs do have financial assistance programs - I just checed questdiagnostics.com - they do have a program though you may not qualify for it. But maybe you can negotiate a lower rate with a lab (blood testing) or with an allergist (skin testing)?
