  I constantly recommend finding a style of yoga, and doing it. Any knucklehead knows yoga doesn't in any way replace the need for chiropractic but it is a beneficial tool for greater health. If you have the time to devote to Bikram, go for it. I love Bikram yoga. My personal favorite, though, is Baron Baptiste. Here is a link to his videos on Amazon. (None of them look like the one I have, but I bought it 9 years ago.) Also, locally, Vegas Hot has Baptiste style yoga taught by Zeeky Vincent.

  Hi Shelly,,,,I'm so glad I come to mind when you here Baptiste Yoga.....but my relationship with Vegas Hot has been over for several years now. Greg Holmes doe lead that style there, but not Mr. Zeek Vincent.
