  Sounds like you may have a breach of contract claim. You can get a good list of referrals via http://www.hlrs.org Tell them your budget. If the amount you’re owed is small (relatively speaking), you’ll likely have fewer options as your legal costs can easily exceed damages.

  Hi my name is Tiffany and we are in a pickle. We are in OKC and we are to appear in court in houston on Tuesday the 26th at 10 because we filed an emergency custody order here in OKC for my step daughter. There is physical verbal and possible sexual abuse in her mothers home. We are despratly trying to find an attorney to help us in court to make sure that she gets heard.
