  Yes! Dr. John Simmons at smilesbysimmons.com. I think he recommends children come in at age 3. He is one of only eight dentists in Georgia licensed to perform cosmetic surgery. He's been practicing for 28 years. Everyone at the office is nice and does an excellent job.
