  Hi, i've been in san francisco for only a week . My 2y8m son is having fever since last night. Its about 100-102 F. He's also coughing and shivering. So i' m a little bit worried . Any recomendation of pediatrician who will not judge my choice not to vaccinate him ? In case he's still fever tomorrow and i need to take him to doctor . Thank you
