  Where's the BEST place for a toddler to get a hair cut? My daughter's are 1 1/2 their bangs are ridiculously long and consistently In their eyes( they don't keep clips or ANYTHING in their hair). I KNOW they will not sit still. So someone who is VERY good with children or a place just for children is preferred .
