  I have just moved to Sumter South Carolina. My son was diagnosed with severe autism and was receiving therapy before we moved here. I am trying to get him enrolled in the Early Autism Program but I do not have a Coordinator. I am trying to get medicaid authorization for ABA therapy. The forms I need are an EPSDT, a dsm5, and a CHAT. I am not familiar with any of these documents. My county medicaid office did not have any information to give me when I asked about programs for Autism. Is there a program out there that would be able to provide me with a coordinator?
