Mendip RC Raceway in Weston-super-Mare is one of the oldest RC car racing facilities in the UK. Originally just on onroad track, it also now boasts a fully astro turfed offroad track as well.

Can't help you in Wycombe, but there is a full size race track for petrol cars at a place called Uphill near Weston Super mere, its about a 2 1/2 hour ride from Wycombe. http://www.mendiprcraceway.co.uk/
