  ****Looking for professional, reliable, licensed electrician. Must have references. Needing to have a light switch fixed, and some light kits added to our ceiling fans. Also needing, a contractor to fix ceiling where we had a leak, a closet door with hole, a shutter that blowed off, and our deck is in need of repair. Need our brick walkway fixed where it has sunk in a little bit, and our retaining wall reinforced. Someone to lay Tile We don't have to do it all at once. We are just trying to get our house ready to sell. We would like to have everything done by April or may. Also need professional painter, licensed, and references. Please, serious inquiries only!!!! I've just had too many people think they could just do it with no experience and just wanted money. I had the deck and fence pressure washed, but need a couple of steps fixed, and stained.*****
