  Lisa- Action Air was terrible. I got an estimate about 6 years ago and the salesperson who gave me an estimate was rude, unprofessional. It was harassment. I asked him to leave and had to tell him that if he didn't I would call the police. I called the company and complained and then told them I had no interest in follow up (they called after the fact to solicit again). They were about 30% over market estimates. I went with Appell Heating in Air Carmel and they were the best price and have continued to provide exceptional follow up. They also provided a lot of education about units. AirTran was average price but decent service, they followed my old system. Good Luck!
