  I posted this on the chat page and all of the responses were fantastic! unfortunately none of the vets that were suggested were willing to help. I have a rat that is just about three and has a very bad tumor with another growing, and it is turning into an open wound. although she is still eating and drinking I know it is going to get worse and she is not very comfortable any more and the last thing I want is for her to be in pain. I have called multiple vets and animal outreach programs to have her euthanized for free (I really don't have the funds to pay to have it done but I can't let her either away and be in pain) are there any programs or does anyone know a vet that can help. the tumor has tripled In size the last week or so. she has lived a lovely life but I fear it is her time. any contacts to help would be greatly appreciated.
