I can't even go to the doctor cuz my insurance doesn't kick in til January and I refuse to pay a ridiculous amount of money to go to the ER or urgent care. Does anyone know of any natural remedies to get rid of back and neck pain and a sore throat. I've tried the heating pad, pain patches, pain relievers, muscle relaxers, tea with honey, and Nyquil.
