GPS Property Settlements are a family owned and operated independent Settlement Agency since September 2007. Our Director and Licensee, Kim Borrello, has been in the Settlement and Legal industry for over fifteen years, obtaining her Settlement Agents License at an age of only twenty four.
At GPS Property Settlements our mission is to complete all transactions efficiently and professionally whilst providing the due care, support and understanding to clients throughout all stages of their transaction.
Our vision is to provide the highest level of service to our clients and also meeting the needs of their Brokers and Real Estate Agents, thus ensuring all settlements are completed smoothly and efficiently.
