About us
For those of you who aren't familiar with me, welcome! My name is Kayla Routh and I'm a marketing/entrepreneurship student at Georgia Southern University.
I've always had a passion for photography, ever since I was a small child running around with my disposable camera and my Polaroid. I'd always dreamed of starting a business with it but never actually went through with it; It wasn't until recently that I got my hands on a good camera and got serious about pursuing photography. Since then I've had a drive like never before to get this started.
I believe every person is so unique and so beautiful, but we often get so caught up in what society defines as "beautiful" that we lose sight of what true beauty is in ourselves. Seeing the reactions of my clients when they see their pictures for the first time is what pushes me to really pursue this. So many times I hear "I'm not worried how the pictures will look, I'm worried about what I will look like in them", "I'm no model", "Can you make me look ____", etc. and it's so disheartening because according to Genesis 1:27 and Psalm 139:14 we were created by God in His own image, we were wonderfully and fearfully made by Him. Therefore, if I'm able to change the way just one person sees themselves, so that they may see themselves the way God does, then I've accomplished what I came for.
