It's less than 3 miles from the corner of Queen and Knollwood which is part of my jogging course so maybe you've seen me trudging up the 4 Hills of Knollwood. Here comes the statement: I just learned that the current occupant of my house plans to be moved out by 3/1. My preference is to sell, with rent the secondary choice. If you have an interest in a truly unique property or know someone starting a search or know someone who knows someone consider the attached photos a tease.
