Welcome to Garrett Law LLC. We file Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies for Kansas families. We focus mostly on families and individuals because we see the biggest benefit to them when they file for bankruptcy. Most of our folks do not have much in the way of "luxuries." They do not have big stockbroker accounts; they are just regular people who are loaded up with debt.
