  If you are thinking of building check out Steel Structures of America 208-777-7290 Chuck Linquist They do all of the permits and use a licensed engineered. If this number is not correct let me know. They have built two of our shops and they are great to work with. I have an email address I can give you if you need it. If you are remodeling the inside call Alan MOHs or some other contractor. They should know how to get through the requirements. Keep me posted; sounds like a fun project for you!
