About us

Food Harmonics believes in serving organic, sustainably farmed and locally sourced foods, that first and foremost nourish and balance the body, gut, ph, mind and heart, at the same time as it offers delight and beauty for the senses; a deeply felt soul satisfaction. We are serving what we have come to appreciate as the types of foods that most support balanced health, well-being, strength of body, clarity of mind, and delight of the soul, whilst taking into consideration the Whole Human and Planetary Eco-System. Recipes are created based on their balancing, harmonizing, and healing effect on the Whole Human Being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. We make everything we serve from organic raw materials in our kitchen, never using processed foods apart from high quality oils that one can't make. Everything we make is free of gluten & refined sugar. Our menu has omnivore, paleo, fermented, probiotic, raw, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free & sugar-free options. We feel truly privileged to be able to serve in this way.

Food Harmonics has the cleanest food I've ever eaten at a restaurant as well as being delicious, nurturing, organic and gluten free... AND they have been 100% supportive of my particular eating plan and food allergy profile, giving full information in the ingredients of their offerings. This place is a blessing in my life here in Ojai. 😊
