  These guys are based in Timsbury, not too far from MSN. Although they are more expensive there are a maximum of 6/7 in a class so you get continual personal support and help with your technique. I've done group sessions before and struggled because an instructor cannot concentrate on individuals when they have so many people there. http://www.balancelifestyleandfitness.co.uk
