RPB Constructions was founded in the year 1985 and incorporated as a limited company in November 2013 by a group of young engineering professionals led by Mr. Bandula Mallikarachchi to engage in the services of design, engineering and installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems (MEP) for commercial, industrial and residential buildings. The company grew up to total constructions in industrial & residential where the company expanded their arms and established its name.
Our customer base includes leading property developers, main civil contractors, reputed hospitality sector organizations, industrial enterprises, government and non-government agencies. We have completed MEP works in Residential Apartments, Hotels, Hospitals, Office Buildings, Court Complexes, Sports complexes & stadiums, Banks, Shopping Complexes, factories and industrial parks in Colombo and various other parts of the island from North to South of Sri Lanka.
We have also undertaken "design & build" type projects for hotels, hospitals and other commercial & industrial buildings. Further we have successfully handled a number of major refurbishment projects in Colombo including "Access Holdings", "Wijeya Group" and "Metropolitan" in Colombo.
