JJ was born and raised in South King County, giving him an in depth knowledge of the area, communities, and school systems.
As an entrepreneur having owned his own business and focusing his education on business management he began to invest in Real Estate. After purchasing 3 of own homes, 1 as a personal residence and 2 as investment properties, he found his true passion was to help both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. I specialize in marketing and in representing buyers for properties from South Snohomish, King, to Pierce counties.
His ability to understand his clients’ individual needs make the process of buying or selling a home that much easier for the client. His exceptional results-orientated approach to the negotiation process consistently helps them achieve their varying real estate goals. He also understands how important the transaction process for both buyers and sellers is handled confidently and discretely.
