It's probably way further than you want to go, but I have recent experience with a fabulous veterinarian here in Arlington. Her name is Dr. Rennert (Healing Hands Holistic Veterinary). My little dog had a pinched nerve in her neck and two pinched nerves in her spine. After four visits that included acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments, I'm happy to report that she is completely herself now, running around and going on 1 to 2 mile walks every day. http://www.hhhveterinary.com/
