  Arkadiy U. wrote: Horrible, absolutely wasted time and money. Got two speeding ticket on 2015 when they changed city speed to 25. Payed $250 for each to Jeff. He fall all two !!! Have to pay fines$238x2 + $450 Driver responsibility assessment !!
