The Rental Girl is a Los Angeles real estate agency specializing in sales, leasing, and tenants-in-common (TIC) sales. The Rental Girl was founded in 2004 to help Los Angeles renters navigate the rental process, and with the ultimate goal of helping renters enter homeownership. Landlords throughout LA hire The Rental Girl to lease their vacancies. Renters and buyers can view listings from Venice to Pasadena by contacting our leasing and sales teams at therentalgirl.com, and can join our VIP list to be notified when our new apartment and home listings hit the market. Our TIC sales team develops and sells tenants-in-common in Los Angeles.
