  Hi all- Sorry for the disturbance. I am a member of the Providence, Rhode Island WAPF chapter who will be in Seattle for a conference this upcoming weekend. I try to eat a "WAPF" diet for the most part (raw dairy, pastured meats, properly prepared grains, bone broth, fermented foods, etc.), but since I'll be without a kitchen I will have to eat at restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. I was wondering if there are any you'd recommend that come at all close to the WAPF standard. I will be staying downtown, but I am willing to travel for good, traditionally prepared food! Also, if there are any food shops that specialize in local, artisanal products (especially ferments!), I'd love to know about them. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.   We're doing great things at The Carlile Room, it's vegtable forward, but there's a delicious pepper pot filled with seafood. Reservations are really tight though if you're going to the show. Shoot me an email HerschellT@tomdouglas.com if you can't get through :D
