  I can't speak for Orlando, but I highly recommend you check out Black Hive in Jacksonville. I have work done by them, and they're fantastic. It's a small shop, but the artist specialize in all sorts of different styles. http://www.blackhivetattoo.com/

  I went to http://www.blackhivetattoo.com/ By appointment only - was really happy with how my coverup turned out. Took me awhile to get in and they don't do under 18 but was well worth wait and I won't go anywhere else now
