  You should really consider Castaways in Burbank. It's up near the Starlight Bowl and at night you can see the entire Burbank/Hollywood area. They have outdoor fire pits and it's very romantic. Great food too! When I would go, I'd have drinks outside first and then move to a table inside for dinner near the salt water fish tanks. Dessert back outside under the stars.
