  Jacqueline H. wrote: Got them as a photographer for our wedding last 2017. They lost our couple shots after the wedding & did not even offer to do a refund or retrieve the photos via software/app. Album was late for almost a year and I had to bug them almost everyday just for them to send it. Then they blocked us right after. Very bad & unprofessional experience from them.
