  Sheryl Colstock is absolutely correct on not using heat in inflamed areas. Keep in mind many Chiropractors will not adjust or address conditions without seeing what is actually is happening internally and that could only be seen by X-Rays because his situation needs to he accessed in ordered not to cause further damage. It sounds like you should have a Chiropractor that will also address and stimulate brain signals to produce quicker healing nstead of rushing to crack bones as some may do.
