Have a special occasion or holiday coming up? Birthday, wedding, house warming party, teacher appreciation, thank you gift, Valentines day, Easter, etc. Let me know what you'd like; sugar cookies, cupcakes, or a cake, and we can create something creative, beautiful and delicious that will be sure to please! All orders are made to order.
Ask for pricing, as it varies per order and difficulty!
Shop Order Policy:
All orders are required to have payment in advance via Paypal, check, or cash. This is not negotiable. I will use email (prettybakedbakery1@gmail.com) to invoice you and you will have 24 hours to pay it. After that, the order is cancelled and the date opens up for someone else. Should you not receive the email, please contact me and i can resend it. I want to do my best to insure you get your order in!
Payment is required at the time of the order to hold your date on my calendar. Please note 50% of the total is a non-refundable retainer fee that holds your date on my calendar. You are welcome to schedule anytime pending availability.
Changes to orders can be made up to 10 days prior to your original pick up date. No changes to the order can be made after that 10 days. This includes but is not limited to: designs, flavors, pick up dates/times. I am willing to work with times of pick up, but not dates as I have other orders scheduled and need to stay on schedule.
Should you need to cancel: All cancellations need to be 7 days prior to our arranged pick up date (excceptions will be made for emergencies). Please know when orders are 7 days out, I am already invested in your order with custom supplies and only a 50% refund will be issued.
Pick Up Policy:
All pick ups are scheduled for a certain time frame. Please make arrangements to pick up your order in that window. I completely understand how busy we all are and that work doesn't allow us to always be on time. However, I have to be able to have my schedule respected too. If you can't make it in... show more the allotted time for pick up. We will certainly work together to get your a time that is better so we can both be accomodated.
Shipping:
I will ship out orders. Shipping costs will be additional to your order. Your order will be carefully packaged in order to ensure minimal breakage. If broken cookies arrive, it is not at the fault of the business, as it is out of my hands. It is highly recommened that if you are having your order shipped, you order additional cookies just in case. show more
