I became a full time Realtor in the summer of 1999. I immediately fell in love with Real Estate and it shows! After personally selling my first listing I recognized how important it is to have a deeper knowledge of both buyer and seller agency!
I commenced to receive the prestigious ABR designation (Accredited buyer's Representative). This training not only provided in depth knowledge of buyer representation but also gives the knowledge of seller agency and dual agency.
I am highly skilled listing specialist and buyer’s representative! This gives me an in depth knowledge of my local market area that I would not have otherwise. I am also specially trained and experienced in Short Sales and REOs (“Real Estate Owned”).
