  Brooke M. wrote: Gives quotes and prices he doesn't honor....then blames client for price. I recently paid for biweekly lawn work through May....and haven't seen him in weeks. Left incompleted projects that he received payment on. Will be filing small claims court claim. Highly unrecommended.
