*Pricing is subject to change, at any time, without notice. Pricing is based on official booking date, not the date that you contact me for information.
*The location of your session is completely up to you, but I am happy to provide suggestions.
Please read this information in its entirety prior to your photography session. By booking your session, you agree to adhere to the pricing and policies outlined within this description and in any other communication that exists between Samantha Kjell and/or Samantha Kjell Photography and yourself.
Please allow 2 weeks for editing and shipment of your order.

-Credit card (accepted through PayPal only -

LEGAL INFORMATION:
-By contracting Samantha Kjell of Samantha Kjell Photography, you (the client), agree to comply with the information listed in this description.
-By contracting Samantha Kjell of Samantha Kjell Photography, you allow
her to use all images for any purpose anywhere in the world for both
personal and promotional use. Samantha Kjell will use your name on her
Facebook page (facebook.com/SamanthakjellPhotography) unless you ask
her not to. This request must be made in writing (email is fine) prior to the photo shoot.
-Samantha Kjell and Samantha Kjell Photography will retain the copyright for all images from each photography session. Clients will receive a print release letter to print images from their session.
-You may use any and all images from your photography session on your social networking site; however, please do not alter the image in anyway. This includes cropping the image and editing out the logo. Please give credit to Samantha Kjell Photography.
