  F'd up my knee pretty bad on Friday night, didn't do anything crazy, just twisted my leg wrong and felt like my whole knee cap shifted, pretty sure I tore my meniscus. I can barely walk and its swelled up pretty good. Been alternating heat and ice along with my longevity zapper. Thinking I probably need to see a Doc tomorrow, but since I haven't been to the doc since 1995 (other than annual exams), when I did the same thing to my other knee and had to have knee surgery. A friend reco'd the Aurora Sports Medicine Institute and they do free consults on sports injuries so I am thinking of checking that out and I probably will need to get an MRI to see the damage. I am hoping to find a holistic, doc that's not going prescribe a bunch of meds and be quick to recommend surgery.. anyone have any suggestions?
