Please keep in mind that we see a pediatric dentist in Philadelphia because we are such babies! Can anyone please recommend an excellent, understanding dentist for us? We'll go anywhere in Delaware.   Took my kids to Middletown Family Dentistry (Dr Scott Arrighi) when they turned 2. Dawn (hygienist) is very gentle. (There's also quite a few people on this thread that also recommend him!) http://www.middletownfamilydentistry.com/
