  I notice not one mention of Brainhost.com is what I have for 4 yrs now. Service is excellent,professional, and reasonable. They offer free hosting for life too.

  They all have flaws, but for service, I think ActionWeb may be the best (though it will be done via fast response e-mail. Otherwise, hostgator.com or brainhost.com are OK. None of them are absolutely stellar though.
