  Please let me know if you can recommend a chimney sweep, someone willing to do small concrete patch work on steps, remove a critter/ install a chimney cap to keep critters out and a few other odd jobs. Not happy with any of the contractors interviewed or that have started work lately. It appears that coupons in the flyers are a bait tactic. And if one more person points out the kind of car that I drive when they come to quote...my head is going to spin like Linda Blair. Already ripped off by one guy contractor this month. I will never pay in advance again. My regular go to guys are all on big jobs/busy or don't really do the weird things I need help with. Thanks!

  Chimney - Abbey Road Chimney Sweeps, 937-833-0505. Family operation. We've used them several years. We had somebody remove a squirrel from inside our house, but I can't recall who it was yet...
