Noel E. asked:ISO OF A HOME TO RENT $1,400 - Colorado Springs, CO ISO of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced backyard that is relatively close to post for a military family of 6 (4 school age children and 2 adults). MUST BE PET FRIENDLY. We own tow dogs (1 Female Rottweiler and 1 Pit bull/Lab mix) and giving them up is not an option for us. Both dogs are flea and tick free, they both are current on all shots, they are both micro chipped and both have been spayed and neutered. We do have Renters Insurance through USAA and our dogs are part of our insurance agreement. Current military rank can be given through PM since I know some private renters; especially if they are military feel a bit more comfortable with certain rank. Our desired renting rate would be between $1400-1550 and we could set up an allotment or automatic withdrawal from our bank account. Currently we are in the process of relocating to Ft. Carson and we will be arriving in the Colorado Springs area on the 1st or 2nd of May. We can have the first month's rent and security deposit on hand upon arrival or we could provide the security deposit on or about the week of the 24th through the 28th of April. We also own a security system through our security system provider and if the home does not have one we could have it installed and it will remain with the home when we move out.
