I changed the electrical boards and the contractor realized that under the parchetry there s a lot of water...of course nothing was declared by previous owners...and the inspector didn't see it... in the basement there s a lot of water coming in between the window frames.....can hardly keep it dry....I need a contractor to deer mentioned the damage and give me a quote I can show to the previous owners....thank youIan S. replied:Call Gill Urman 5148178652
