About us
The Belmont Health Center has been serving the Long Beach/Belmont Shore community for more than 20 years. The office is well equipped with a full array of physical therapy modalities and x-rays. Expert and skillful massage therapists are on staff during all office hours as well as most Saturday mornings. Dr. Wooten also places an emphasis on nutritional and exercise programs, wellness and lifestyle modifications for promoting physical and mental health.
