What we have tried to create by starting our company, Northlake Builders LLC., is a totally transparent way of doing business that satisfies both us and our customers. To that end we strive to clarify any and all communications between the company and all parties concerned. We try to use documents and reports that are clear, concise, and keep the lines of communication wide open. We take very seriously the concepts of Honesty, Punctuality, Accountability, and Responsibility. Building a house or remodeling should not be as difficult as it can sometimes become. Easy, honest communication is the best way to ensure that a project not only goes well but, at times can actually be fun. We are also committed to a level of excellence in craftsmanship well above the norm and we require all our subcontractors under our control to equal that commitment.
