Ms. Brandi, I can give you an estimate on both. But, as mentioned above metal is more economical. You will have at least a 25 year warranty against rust or fading. You will also see a pretty good drip in your heating and cooling costs. My supplier advertises up to (20-40%). Call me 3379981844 I will come by and measure your roof.

Anyone know about roofing? My Mom needs a new roof on her double wide and she bought ALL of the materials to fix it and the guy she had lined up to do it apparently didn't work out.
