    The Dunes Village was as advertised, but condo 636 was poorly maintained and only casually cleaned. The design is problematic in that you can't open the oven door without first opening the refrigerator. They only provided 3 spoons and 4 forks and knives - although they state the condo sleeps 8-10. and the dishes were not clean. There were holes in the drapes. The condo generally felt tired and old. I will not stay there again! Big Fish Rentals did send someone to re-mop the sticky bathroom floor and remove glitter/candy/trash from the bedside table. Very substandard all around. There is poor lighting in the bedrooms as well - the entire condo is poorly appointed.

    Went to Myrtle Beach over the 4th of July and rented an Oceanfront room from Big Fish rentals. The room is like an oven with heat index at 104 °. The air condition was broken . They would not refund any of my money so I can get another room with air condition. Would not send me to another room without up charging me big money. Day three of my miserable stay they finally got a new AC installed. Just not right to have someone smolder in a room like that and not care. Greed! I wish I could give them less than one star

    My name is Katrina, I go by Kristen. Run away. I have a disabled 3 year son precious son. Due to his disability we were unable to make the drive and risk exposure to others and his own life. He became super sick and we didn’t want to endanger their cleaning staff (if they clean, I’ve seen reviews stating how disgusting their properties are) On Thanksgiving I did let them know that I have respect we are not going to be going to the condo so we’re not endangering the cleaning staff or future guests. My request to reschedule or any kind of compensation for being a HONEST person was denied immediately. Julie is not involved in this business and if she is she’s driving negative energy represent her business. I have been reading reviews about this company all morning and it seems to me that this is not the only time that this has happened. You would think if you’re operating a business he would want to satisfy customers not thrive off of taking their money and copying pasting their BS contracts that basically say if you breathe wrong they will charge you. I am very dissatisfied in my heart is broken for my son. His first trip to the beach is now gone because of somebody that is full of greed and has no heart. In conclusion, if you were sick, especially with a deadly virus such as Covid go anyway. Don’t tell the owners for the safety of others. Because that is clearly what they rather happen. Greed is ugly, it comes back as Karma. Shame on you for discriminating against my special needs son. People like you need to learn how to be professional and notice the difference between coustmers that just mess up and want money back and costumers that are just being honest about a DEADLY virus. I don’t care what your contract says at the end of the day you’re a human and you’re able to void anything on the contract that you wrote. This means you’re choosing actively to deny good people to stay in your residence at a later date, or any kind of compensation. so just a suggestion stop replying to peoples reviews with your contract. You might as well just say I don’t give a crap about you. I have your money now. Sorry if you don’t like it there’s nothing I can do for you. Also clearly if you have to copy and paste your contract to defend yourself to several people over and over again clearly your contract isn’t ethical. Horrible company to work with, Julie is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever encountered.
