About us
I am a mum of two gorgeous children, Toby aged 3 and Evie aged 9 months, and a wife to an amazing husband whom has had to endure returning home from work to a kitchen filled with yummy delights!
I'm currently off on maternity leave and have been baking, baking and baking. Baking is my passion. A lot of friends and family have enjoyed the treats that I have made and so I thought rather than waste my talent, I would show others what I have to offer.
I have a City & Guilds Accredited certificate in Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene and my kitchen is fully registered with the local Council and I have received a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating following their inspection.
I am self taught and can make anything from sponge cakes, loaf cakes, cookies, brownies, millionaire shortbread, eclairs, cheesecakes, tarts etc etc. You name it, I will give it a go.
My speciality is a giant cookie cake which can be iced and personalised to make a lovely alternative to a traditionally fondant iced celebration cake.
I can generally make anything to order with a couple of days notice, and this can be collected from me (or possibly delivered for fuel cost).
The brownie tray bakes that I make can be ordered and delivered in the post.
