  Does anyone know of a Realtor who will actually do his/her job ? I just tried to buy a property but got shut out as the Realtor could not be bothered to tell me that another offer was being made. He was very good at telling me what other people who looked at the property were bidding orally. I am over 1080 kilometers away from Prince George. So very difficult to just drive across town to view. I tried to rely on Realtor info and pictures to make an offer subject to inspection. But when said realtor is not interested in dealing with out of town people who ask lots of questions have long e-mails showing real interest in the property. Very disappointing when realtor says he will get back to you with any updates and skips you completely when it matters most.
