That 1HP is a Chinese horse. It's more like 1/3 to 1/2 in USA numbers (the Chinese measure the current draw and calculate HP as an INPUT to the motor, the Western world uses the OUTPUT of the motor as the HP rating). Don't know the frame size, if nobody has that number handy take a few measurements and browse the McMaster.com or Grainger.com websites under motors, they generally can get you a size quickly from measurements.
