  Our furnace just died and after 23 years I am sure it needs to be replaced. Does anyone have recommendation of someone to replace furnace and probably a/c? Any place to avoid is always good, too. Also looking for reasonable landscape person to replace the metal edging around our rock beds. Appreciate your help :)

  Utopia Mechanical is really good for a furnace and ac. We had ours replaced this last fall. I had several compbanies come out for an estimate. Paul Beckman was the only one that have me a rough estimate through email, and that ended up being the final cost, which was one of the lowest estimates if not the lowest of all the others.
