When the Insurance Appraiser recommends third party parts, Bill negotiates for the original parts from the manufacturer. These parts fit better and you can really tell the difference. I think most other shops just use the third party stuff without question. Bill uses the best parts and is willing to negotiate for you. Your vehicle comes back to like new. Why go anyplace else? The communications are excellent and you always know the status of your vehicle. Big shops like Carstar cannot compete with the service and quality at Stony Brook Auto Body. Why take the risk and go to anybody else.
