Studio 24 on Reserve…
…was formally known as Evolution Hair Design and Pomona Hair Design. The hair salon has been in business for well over 20 years and is the longest standing salon in Pomona. Megan Oberholster, (Proprietor) started off her hairdressing dream in the salon over a decade ago back in 2006. Megan has since qualified with excellent levels of hairdressing talent all whilst exploring international life experiences along the way. Studio 24 on Reserve, however, is by far one of her biggest achievements and is now her absolute contentedness.
Studio 24 on Reserve's team includes Senior hairstylist Kate, who has been in the salon since 2014. Kate qualified in 2017, she loves to listen to her clienteles stories whether its about their job, their families or their travels. She also loves to help clients achieve their own individual style. Kate grew up on the Sunshine Coast, attending Eumundi Primary School and NDSHS in her schooling years, she has had a big presence in the local dancing world and is a qualified dance teacher too. Spare time is spent at the beach, 4x4ing, boating, having fun and exploring new places with family and friends.
We are also joined by Carlee, our apprentice, who started her journey here with us in 2018. Carlee comes from a family of hairdressers, following in her grandmother and grandfathers footsteps and is already showing so much potential at such a young age. She is also a local girl,who attended Pomona Primary and NDSHS, she has a strong presence in horse riding world in the Pomona Pony Club, competing in show jumping competitions. Spending any spare time with family and friends on road trips and at the beach.
Studio 24 on Reserve has had a total revamp in 2016, now boasting a fresh, city studio apartment look with dark moody walls, funky exposed copper piping throughout along with a delightful coffee or tea to really make you feel at home. Studio 24 on Reserve exclusively uses an Australian owned retail brand; Juuce and an... show more internationally recognised colour range; Davines, from Parma, Italy, making this salon the place for you to get your new refreshed hairstyle right in the Heart of the Hinterland; Pomona. Reserve Street is fast becoming the place to be, with fantastic new and existing businesses popping up along the whole stretch, it could almost be described as the new main street in town! Also offering all facial waxing and tinting services to make your trip a one stop shop. The salon team includes Megan Oberholster (Proprietor), Kate Lisett (Senior stylist) and Carlee Magick (Apprentice) who are here to help you achieve your desired look using their diverse skills sets, up to date talents and caring hands-on expertise, to care for you and your hair whether it’s fun and funky or natural and low maintenance. show more
